  We had minor shingle damage due to high winds. It was the kind of minor damage that needed to be fixed, but it did not merit a highly expensive repair bill. Tyler inspected the entire roof for free and determined it was just the one location of minor damage. We appreciated the full inspection and determination. Tyler was very fair in dealing with us to get the repair done promptly. His team was professional fixing the small area but also taking the time to make sure the general area did not have any other issues. I think it is very telling in how a company treats not just the big job opportunities but how they support the smaller jobs as well. Refined Roofing will now be our "go-to" when we replace our roof. And we will definitely recommend them to our friends.

  If I could give more than five stars, I would. Refined Roofing was truly a godsend. After sitting through countless window presentations with extremely high price tags and pushy sales pitches, meeting Jason was such a relief. He was patient, honest, and genuinely cared—not just about making a sale, but about me feeling comfortable every step of the way. He stayed consistent with follow-up for over a year and never once let me fall through the cracks. Not only was Jason the best person I worked with throughout this entire process, but Refined Roofing also had the best pricing by far. The installation team was equally amazing, the work is impeccable, and my windows are absolutely beautiful. I’m so grateful I chose Refined Roofing.

  We contacted Ryan for a roof inspection needed for our insurance company. He came out the same day and we had the inspection letter within an hour after he left our house. Great customer service and very pleasant to work with! Thank you Ryan! 100% recommend!

  Best roofing services in my book! Not only did they get my insurance company(usually very hard to deal with) to pay for my whole roof (less my deductible) but they were able to get my interior repairs covered also.. Joel, thank you so much!!!
