Turns out my builder didn’t put a large enough breaker in the panel for the heat pump, and the fix was replacing the 40A 2 pole breaker with a 50A. They charged me the $99 trip fee and I replaced the breaker a few hours later myself. Honest and trustworthy, as they could have (right before out of town Christmas guests were arriving) could have taken me for a bit of a ride. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need help.
