- EVEd VigezziSep 24, 20255.0DRB Community located in Seneca, SC (Oconee County) minutes from Clemson University, Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. Eight beautiful floor plans in this relatively new community located across from The Oasis Ranch. They even have pickleball courts! I purchased in the DRB Community of The Grange and these communities are very similar. Love the finished product and they have been quick to fix any issues. Pictures below are from the “Stonehaven” model (same model I purchased).
