The vision my husband & I had was absolutely brought to life by this hardworking & dedicated group of men. We have been blown away by their incredible determination to just get it right at every turn. As we were living out of state during this build, the fact that these men were so well-connected & shared a mutual respect with their subs & the surrounding community at large was priceless. The open lines of communication, whether in-person, by phone or text, made this build a seamless experience. The organization & efficiency they showed throughout the entire process gave us the calm we needed as we embarked on this journey of building our forever home. We simply couldn’t be happier with the end product.

They got the build done on time and we were able to get into our new home without delay. The workmanship was terrific, especially the trim guy. Dan was always willing to listen to our ideas and changes along the way. The follow-up afterwards was terrific as well with the few items that needed to be fixed. If you are building in the upstate area, I highly recommend DH Builders and Sons!

They did a large, $100K addition for me, a new large deck, and a separate $70K addition a few years later. Very high ethics and integrity and the workmanship of Don Rathgeber (lead carpenter) is some of the best I've ever seen. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling, addition or deck project.
