It’s one thing to make money at what you do, that’s the point of owning a business... but when you come to my house and change out a 30 dollar part and charge me 230 bucks ....yeah something ain’t right. Tech changed out a capacitor and you can do the math, subtract 30 dollars from 230 and see what you get for a labor charge... that’s right folks, 200 dollars for a 30 dollar part and 10 min of time. Like I said, good for a business in making money, but 200 for labor???? For 10 min??? Won’t be using these guys again! Like I said, I have no problems with the tech, seemed like a real good man and his son..... but I have a huge problem with 200 labor charge for 10 min...

It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were available when I needed them to come by. The day of the appointment they called and said they had some cancellations and wanted to know if they could come early and of course I said yes. They showed up and with in 45 minutes of being there it was fixed. The tech obviously knew what he was doing to fix it that quick. The tech did call me directly and told me exactly what he did, what the cost was, and how to make payment. Their diagnostic fee was a lot lower than the other guys, which is why I chose them and I'm so glad I did.
