  A few years ago we remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, Kayla was extremely helpful and thought every snail or big detail of what we would need from cabinet knobs to all plumbing fixtures and etc. We were very happy. Just recently we bought a home and needed to do some updating so we went back to Gateway Supply only to find out Kayla was no longer there but didn’t think anything we made an appointment with Leslie. We thought Leslie would be just as helpful as Kayla was. We were extremely wrong. We told her what we like from design to manufacture stand point. She told us we were the easiest customers since we knew what we wanted to buy. But while we were there at the appointment she made us feel rushed almost like she had better things to do than provide us with the same courtesy as we did when she was running behind an appointment before ours. She told us she’d get back with quotes by the end of the day. We explained to her that we needed to place an order in time for rough in. She even told us best way to contact her was email. I’ve sent many many emails trying to get her to respond just basic questions or even concerns. I began to send her detailed information via email because of how unresponsive she was asking her to please respond. She’d send us very few words in response to a little portion of emails but didn’t even have the courtesy of answering our questions. The most upsetting part was once we’ve decided to take our business somewhere else she kept calling me with questions about what I’ve already sent her through detailed emails. Leslie has zero customer service experience, zero patience for clients, doesn’t LISTEN to what the customer wants or is looking for. I would never recommend anyone not even my worst enemy to bring their business here not until they hire someone that’s competent. Seriously there are many other plumbing supply places just not this one.

  Very nice and knowledgeable lady helped me at Gateway and they have a big selection to choose from. I will highly recommend
