  Service was prompt and professional. Ian came right away to pump the tank, and Frankie followed to remove clogs. Both were pleasant and patiently explained the process. I was very pleased with the service.

  We hired AAA City Plumbing to install a kitchen sink and reattach the existing faucet. The work was performed improperly and has resulted in property damage, for which the company has repeatedly refused responsibility. During the installation, the company failed to verify that the dishwasher water supply was turned on and functioning. The company later stated they did not turn the water supply off. Immediately following their work, the dishwasher experienced a failure that resulted in leaking and damage to the surrounding kitchen cabinetry. While the exact cause of the dishwasher issue is unclear, the problem occurred directly after their service. Separately, the sink installation itself was performed improperly. The sink was not correctly anchored, and there is now an active leak originating from the installation they completed. When we reported the leak, the company suggested that moving items under the sink may have loosened the fittings. This explanation is not credible. Plumbing fittings should not loosen under normal household use. In our home, the plumbing connections are not routinely accessed or disturbed, as organizers are positioned in front of the plumbing. We have lived in this home for 11 years without any prior leaks or loosened fittings. The fittings only began leaking after this company performed the installation. The active leak has caused significant damage to our kitchen cabinet and to the ceiling in the basement below. Despite multiple communications, AAA City Plumbing has refused to take responsibility for the improper installation or the resulting damage, leaving us responsible for all repair costs. We are extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability afterward. I would not recommend this company.

  I called AAA City Plumbing today for help with a leak, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jamie answered the phone and was beyond friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule me the same day and was incredibly accommodating when I let her know I had a meeting until 11:30. Communication was prompt and thoughtful — she even called before the technician arrived so I could put my dog away, which I really appreciated. Sean, the technician, was just as great. He took the time to thoroughly check out the issue and patiently answered what felt like a million questions. He was honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary services. We talked through the options and landed on the right solution together. Overall, amazing service. The entire team was responsive, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Five-star customer service all around — highly recommend!

  Excellent service! Will definitely be using AAA plumbing in the future.I work at a hotel and it can be challenging finding honest plumbers. Sean was a true professional.
