Was quoted $22,000 to replace a roof on a 1300 square foot single story home. (Before $2,000 same day/ military discount). They were $ 14,000 more than the next highest bid for exact same warranty and product. Lowest bid was $15,000 less.Was told reason was because they pay their guys more.I don’t mind someone making a profit, however all the other estimates (3) were way less. Did a great inspection though.
