  STAY AWAY: Trees hit out house in a storm a few months ago (while we were trying to sell our house) so I contacted our builder for the company who installed our gutters since it is a special color. I was talking with Shannon Kinman who was great (at the time). I wanted to wait for a period of time to see if the buyers wanted them replaced or not before I paid for them. I reached back out to Shannon to go ahead with the project as soon as possible before we closed on the home. This was February 1 and we closed March 1. So, 4 weeks to order the gutters and get everything done before closing. It took him until February 21 to finally respond back which it took my builder to call him in order to receive a response. Then it took him 5 more days before he finally got me in touch with Carol (who is AMAZING) to schedule the project. Again, we close on March 1st, so it was getting stressful as the lawyers and buyers were getting annoyed that the repair request wasn't done yet. The earliest they could come out was March 4th, which we had money being held by the lawyers since it wasn't done before closing. Shannon then ordered THE WRONG COLOR so it didn't get done on March 4th and we had to wait until the 15th, which then got pushed back to the 21st without communication. So for 2 gutters to get ordered and installed knowing the importance of timeliness due to a closing on a home, it took 7 weeks. TERRIBLE. When we build our next home we will make sure this company has nothing to do with the build.

  Two of their drivers had some serious road rage issues today for no reason at all, tried to run my friend off the road, and nearly caused a terrible car accident. Train your people better and replace those two idiots who clearly have something to prove in the “manhood” department.
