I thought that as the first owners, we wouldn't have any problems for many years, but from the very first days of living here, the air conditioner compressor burned out. Fortunately, they replaced it at no cost because it was covered under the company's two-year warranty. However, during those same two years, wires were also damaged, the pipes became clogged, and there were problems with the thermostat. Now that the warranty has expired, the system has failed again: the generator broke down, and they also discovered screws that had been improperly installed by the technicians from the beginning. And the worst part is that now we have to pay $1,300 for a problem that clearly stems from a previous installation or service issue. You buy a new house to avoid these headaches for at least 10 years, not to be spending so much on repairs from the start. Very disappointed with the quality of the work and the company's follow-up.
