  We purchased almost an entire house of luxury vinyl plank from Exact Flooring. Over the course of the next year or so the floor curled and started to break off. This was a manufacturers defect. It took six months but Exact Flooring did fight for us with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Eventually the flooring was replaced with flooring from a different manufacturer. A big thank you to Eric at Exact Flooring for standing up for us.

  Just had my entire floor layout (with the exception of my carpeted bedrooms and den) replaced from tile to luxury vinyl, and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome! Jay G was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide what we exactly wanted and what would work the best for us. He was very flexible and easy to work with, and was very accessible and easy to reach. His estimate did not yield any unpleasant surprises on the final invoice. The best part of the entire project was having the two subcontractor installers with whom I was fortunately assigned. Donnie S and Justin H (from A&A Flooring) have been working together as a team for over twenty years, and I could not have been in any better hands, they were unbelievably meticulous. Not only did their expertise shine on the preparation and installation, but they were also punctual, and as unobtrusive as possible and avoided disrupting our daily routine. They were very careful moving our furniture and appliances from place to place as if they owned it, and even installed felt pads on all the legs to avoid scratches down the road. Can't say enough to express how pleased I was with this team! If you are looking to have your floors replaced I would not hesitate getting an estimate with Exact, and if you decide to accept, do yourself a favor and ask to have Justin and Donnie be assigned as your installers......

  We contracted Exact Flooring to remodel our main bathroom. We wanted a walk-in shower with a glass wall. Jay told me they would do all the tile work, but he didn't do the glass. I asked, at the beginning, if we should include the glass provider in the design. I was told that wasn't necessary. The glass provider would measure after the tile was completed. The tile work is beautiful. I have no complaints with the quality of the tile work. The problem is that 3 different glass providers have come out to measure the shower for the glass wall and said it needs to be 73 1/8 inches long and they can't provide anything over 72 inches. We've found 1 provider that can make the glass, but the cost is much higher than a 72 inch piece. When I told Jay about the issues we were having, he said "I've never heard that before". His refusal to include the glass provider into the design is costing us time and money.

  Oh my goodness! Exact flooring replaced carpets in our bedrooms with hardwood that matched the rest of our home. Perfection! Then, our dishwasher leaked- destroyed cabinets and floors. We were so overwhelmed. Jay came- sourced replacement flooring- incredibly! Except the manufacturer changed the sizing. We were in the position of needing to replace our loved flooring- throughout our home. Enter Eric! OMG! He explained the benefits of tile in the kitchen. Saved enough flooring to patch our dining area- then sent a master team to install tile in our kitchen. It is a masterpiece! You are lucky if you can get this team to do their magic for you! Need to give gratitude to Jay- for selecting tiles that totally blend with our counter and backsplash, This is the team you want!

  Eric and assistant came and did a wonderful job of installing engineered wood in our bedroom. We couldn't be more satisfied with the results. I felt the price was fair, and they cleaned up and left the place spotless. Thanks for a great job guys.
