  My friend and I stopped by the store today as my friend was looking for a new floor for her home that was damaged due to a plumbing leak. She did not know if she wanted engineered hardwood, LVP or laminate. Chris S spent a great deal of time with us and provided very technical insight as to the pros and cons of each product and manufacturer. Really knew his inventory. Not pushy, rather simply presented us with with facts for consideration. Impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Great selection too!

  From start to finish this was the smoothest experience. Greg the salesman was so helpful in picking flooring and was able to send the estimator out the same day. This is a second home so we made arrangements for our next visit for installation. Installers Mark and Lee showed up on time and were super professional. The job they did exceeded our expectations.

  Highly recommend! Sue at The Wholesale Flooring Company gave great advice on my new backsplash tile and installer Raphael was professional and skilled at his craft. It came out beautiful. I also used Wholesale to install flooring in my three bedrooms. All great outcomes!

  My wife and I are adding a sunroom to our house. I stopped in our local Wholesale Florring store in North Myrtle Beach, SC. I had the good fortune to be greeted by sales associate Will Sedillo. We told him our situation of needing a floor for our new room. Through about 10 different questions, he helped us narrow our choice to 3 different floorings: ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and laminate. He allowed us to talk a full size sample of each home with us so that we could see what each looked like in our new room. He told us to bring them back in a couple of days after we made our decision. We did as he suggested. And we made our decision. We went back to the store, told Will our choice, and he prepared our estimate based on the approximate square footage we provided.. He also told us it would take about a week to get the tile from his warehouse to the store. Once it got there, we could schedule the installation. As we thought the all-inclusive estimate was very reasonable (and it was about $500 less than 2 other stores where we had shopped!), we signed the contract for the job and gave Will the necessary deposit. He told us that a technician would come to our house the next morning to get precise measurements. He (Will) would place the order once he had those numbers and would call us when the tile arrived at the store. About 5 days later, he called us with the news that the tile had arrived. He asked us when we wanted it installed. As the room was still under construction, we gave him a date three weeks in the future. He told us that his crew was available for the morning we had chosen. The day before our chosen date, we received a call telling us that the crew would arrive the next day between 8:30AM and 9:30AM. The next day, at 9:10AM Mark and Lee arrived. They told us they had everything necessary in their truck. The guys and I went out to the sunroom. Mark asked us about a dozen questions about how we wanted the tile installed, what color we wanted the edging, etc. Mark made some suggestions to help me make my decisions. Work began and two hours later, they were finished. After they packed up their equipment and cleaned up, they brought me and my wife out to look that the room. It was absolutely perfect. The floor was seamless and even, the putty around the edge was smooth and colored to match the tile, and the cloudy pattern of the tile was matched throught he floor. Mark and Lee did an incredible job. I called the store two days later to pay for the job. I met with Will at the store earlier today. I told him that I had one unopened box of tile that I wanted to return. He took the cost of that box and subtracted it from the contracted amount. I paid the balance due at that point, shook hands with Will, and left the store. Will is the exact opposite of the "pushy salesman". He allowed me to make my decisions completely freely, helping only when I asked for his help. The price I paid was the exact "up front" price, with no surprises. The work was done to fit my schedule. And the quality of the work work was beyond my expectations. Wholesale Flooring is a customer-oriented, honest business that has earned my trust. This really is a 5 star business. Any future flooring I need to have done will be done by Will Sedillo and Wholesale Flooring.
