- RBRuss BussOct 30, 20255.0A recent home sale inspection identified an issue with my Trane HVCA system that DuctWorks provided and installed in July of 2025. I called DuctWorks and they immediately went to my house and reviews the inspectors claim. DuctWorks Found that the inspectors claim was in accurate. From the inspectors pictures Ductworks could determine that the inspector performed the inspection and found the prob he used was too short! The inspector could not achieve adequate insertion. Ductwork performed their inspection with a prob of sufficient length for an accurate reading. DuctWorks completed the verification that the inspection with in 24hrs of initial contact and performed this verification free of charge under warrantee. DuctWorks, they understand their craft and your needs! Love the staff too! They are excellent. Jason and Sharon are the best! Thank you!

Both were fine, but Ductworks is hands down the best experience we've had. I called them because my previous A/C company gave me what I considered an expensive quote for a repair, and I wanted to compare. The Ductwork technician, Jason, was phenomenal! He talked me through the entire diagnostics process, explained his findings, and clearly articulated a recommended way ahead, with cost efficiency in mind. His expertise of the HVAC system was simply remarkable. Also, the Ductworks annual service plan price is very competitive and thorough. I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to this company.
