The team comes out and measures, makes recommendations, discusses all options with samples, and is extremely knowledgeable. You can customize the colors. We are very happy.

Bailey coordinated with me and my contractor, making changes and helping me to select a color. (There are multiple similar hues.) Prior to them manufacturing and painting the aluminum shutters, a Lowcountry employee measured my windows. On install day, they arrived on time and completed the work without incident. The pricing for the Bahama shutter and board and batten shutters were on-point, less than their main competitor in Charleston. I am very pleased with the results.
