  Tech Westen was very knowledgeable and personable. He quickly assessed the problem, made recommendations and got to work. The repairs were made promptly and thoroughly. Price was reasonable and included replacement parts. Not to reflect on the tech who did a good job. The work was scheduled for a previous day but had to be rescheduled due to a job that took much longer than anticipated. This delay complicated our medical appointment schedules.

  Our AC unit started blowing hot air, so we called Limric. They sent a technician the next day. The technician was very professional and polite. However, what we were charged did not seem to match the services we received. We were overcharged by a good bit. And then even after that service, the AC unit started blowing hot air again that night. We got back on the schedule for the following day, but then I got a call that the technician couldn't make it to us until another day. When I called, they did promise a technician would come that day, and he did. Then we had to replace another part for an exorbitant fee. Now the AC unit is working, but we will not call Limric again in the future because they are overpriced.

  Mike was great. He checked all 4 toilets at my daughter' new house. Of course 2 updated ones working great but 2 older ones need to be replaced. He explained everything to us and gave us our options. He will be back in 2 days to replace older toilets. He was very knowledgeable, had great customer service skills, and super easy to work with. We appreciated it.

  The electrician that was sent out from LimRic was a wonderful gentleman. Found the problem immediately. Did full inspection of the house, explained a few things and was very pleasant. Gave me a few recommendations for safety with electronics in the house. LimRic never disappoints with the service people they send out. Very thankful for LimRic and their qualified staff.

Kenny and Jay were very helpful from the start, assessing our needs and working with me to determine the appropriate size and location for the new appliance.
