- AEAmanda EdwardsMar 31, 20265.0I have worked with Herc rentals several times in the past year. I opened a new business in 2025 and Bradley assisted me with all of the equipment for our build out. As equipment does over lots of use, we had a little breakdown, but they were on it to get it repaired or replaced. It's how a team operates when things go wrong when you see their true colors. And this team was exceptional. I needed something additional this week and didn't even hesitate. I contacted Bradley and was set up perfectly. I picked this equipment up and finally got to meet the team. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They helped me get loaded into my truck and back out when I returned everything. Highly recommend this team for any of your equipment rental needs! They have a lot more items than I thought available!

Their branch manager, Brandon, as well as their on site Sales team Gavin and Scott have truly been awesome to work with. They make the day-to-day construction needs seamless to obtain, utilize and can source whatever your job site require requirements may need. The pricing is more than fair, paperwork and billing organized, and timely delivery exceptional. I look forward to working with them for years to come and would recommend them to anyone in the industry.
