  Justin and Sunray have helped us with flooring (both tile and wood) in two houses. We put beautiful pine floors in our last house a little over 5 years ago. His team was quick and efficient. We also updated a bathroom. We just finished a more extensive renovation of our current home and couldn’t be more pleased. Our original 1950’s floors had never been refinished to our knowledge. There was water damage and staining in several areas. Not only were they able to clean up these areas with very little replacement needed, they also wove in new floors in the areas that previously had other flooring. Very much exceeding our expectations. I loved that when we had a problem or challenge it was addressed immediately and when I asked for an opinion or feedback they gave me honest answers on how they would do it in their home. We always had the same teams, one for tile and one for the wood. We knew the guys that were coming and when they would arrive. They respected our budget and schedule, while also communicating with our other contractors. Thanks guys for everything - really appreciated!

  I have used Sunray on several occasions for both hardwood flooring and to remodel my bathrooms. Beautiful work with a very high attention to detail!

  We renovated our kitchen and had the floors refinished. Sunray did an amazing job, not only refinishing the wood that was already there, but also matching the new wood they installed in the bedroom. Of all the elements we dealt with during the renovation, Sunray made the flooring portion the easiest, and the results were more than we imagined. I can't recommend them enough!

  Throughout the process of a complete renovation of our kitchen and master bathroom, there were only a couple of subcontractors that I could count on to do what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it, and for the amount they originally quoted me for. Sunray Flooring was one of those few. I am so thankful we were referred to Sunray Flooring for tile and refinishing hardwood floors. Justin and his crew were, by far, the MVP of our entire renovation. He met me within days of contacting him and measured every square foot in order to give me the most accurate estimate. He walked me through the entire process, led me to the best place to choose tile, and was always reachable by phone, email and text. He was continuously conscious of my budget and concerned with providing the best finished product. More than anything I appreciated that he actually communicated with me if there was ever any slight change to the schedule or what needed to be done. If there was ever a delay for whatever reason, his crew worked late and weekends in order to help keep everything else on track. Justin was present throughout the process and every member of his crew that I met was respectful and worked efficiently. As for the finished product, everything was completed beautifully, meticulously, and exactly as I asked—tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, backsplash, tile shower and tub surround, and refinished hardwood floors. I am so pleased with the outcome and cannot recommend this company enough.
