Poor service, unnecessary upsell attempts, etc. But that is NOT what I experienced when renting from Sunbelt Rentals in North Charleston. Weather changed and I needed heating solutions for an outdoor event. Eric, the general manager listened to my needs and led me through the selection process. Together we got the best heaters for the job. He then reached out to his team immediately to make sure the equipment would be ready whenever I arrived. Additionally, his office/warehouse team, including James and Kurt, were kind and helpful. They predicted my needs for extension cords and made sure they were on my order. In a day where customer service is the worst, I was so glad to work with this team. Hands down the first company I'll look to for future rental needs.
