He agreed he could get service completed before I had to get stuff done.nit very happy about the 400 for fix in leaky shower, but I digress..how about 2hr past our agreed time and 400+ dollars to fix shower leak. Let's just say not the usual 5 star performance this time. Maybe next time.

The technicians, Danny and Shawn, were both courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The following week, we met with a Comfort Consultant, Thomas, to discuss options regarding our furnace. He was also extremely knowledgeable, and we truly appreciated his honesty. It was clear he wasn’t just trying to sell us something we didn’t need, and we felt confident in his recommendations. We were especially impressed that the company responded so quickly when we lost heat — it meant a lot to us and showed that our business mattered to them. I would highly recommend Preferred Home Services, especially Danny, Shawn, and Thomas. We felt we were in very good hands from start to finish!
- JPJacqueline PillingOct 30, 20255.0Update! They fixed it for us. Very thankful Would give 0 stars if I could. I am just now leaving review for work we had done ab 18 months ago. Was very traumatizing. I was crying the entire time they were installing this (see pics) AFTER they put a hole in our floor, in different bedroom bc that’s where it was originally going to go?? I think the guy upsold us. We did NOT see him again, after he made the sale. POOR COMMUNICATION. I was crying “do we have to?? Do we really need this??” This was the VERY last thing they did, that day. Like, the van had already left w most of the workers. And they did this in less than 30 mins. We now have 2 return vents, the picture being the new. I don’t know why we have two, our 60+ year old house has always been ok with one. We paid 15,000 for ductwork for 1950 square foot house. And my partner just told me “Its going to be 30k if we don’t get it paid off in 15 years” PREDATORY PRICING. PLEASE Get your ductwork done by ductwork people, not people who “have 1000s of positive reviews”.. ya. For like installing a kitchen faucet. I hate that my son’s closet now has fugly exposed ductwork.
