Chris and Taj were prompt, professional, and thorough, getting the disposal up and running quickly and helping us identify the best course of action for our kitchen faucet. Separately, Joey came out and performed our regular electrical inspection as part of Preferred Home Services' membership program and quickly identified several safety issues we weren't previously aware of. He put in the time and the sweat (working in the attic is terrible, even in January) to get them all corrected and our house to a safer state. Overall, I am very impressed with the professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail of all three techs. I definitely recommend them if you need a hand with any plumbing or electrical issue!

Kevin arrived and he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my outlets and breaker panel. He solved the problem and gave me several options to update my power issues. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the process. Thank you Kevin and Preferred Home Services!
- CSChase SprottJan 5, 20265.0I'd like to leave a 10 star review for Mr Joe Naumann. Due to my scheduling that day, I asked to be seen late afternoon. Joe showed up at my house around 1545hrs as I was pulling in the driveway. I didn't have hot water in the house and Joe quickly assessed the situation and gave me some prices. Joe explained everything in detail and assured he wouldn't leave until the problem was fixed and we were 100% satisfied. Joe left for the warehouse to pick up parts for the job. He came back and got to work. My hot water heater is in a small upstairs attic, he went up and down those stairs 100 times with a smile on his face. He completed the job at 2230hrs well past his required work day. We now have a hot water again! This company and its employees continue to impress me with their professionalism. Give Joe a raise, he is a hard and knowledgeable worker. Thank you Joe and thank you Perferred Home Servies! Happy New Year!

As a single mother in an older home with a little to no knowledge, he came in right after the holidays to fix a leak of which I thought was extremely worse than what it actually was. He made me feel comfortable. He fixed it in a timely manner, and answered all my crazy questions. He was nice to my family. He made me feel confident in his work, and I would most definitely choose him again if I had any plumbing needs to be done in my home.
- AGAbby Welch GolfDec 30, 20252.0The gentleman and service people were super nice but for the price it is not worth it. I don’t feel like they hung my fan properly. It goes on two switches and he only put it on one. He put the blades on wrong and they flung around the room and made two small holes in my wall. Then they rewired my other fan and did great there but in the end said my fan remote doesn’t work but didn’t even give me a chance to understand why or a chance to tell him not to hang it. The job is done but for the money I paid I don’t think it was worth it. Even though they came in a very timely manner and were very respectful and nice.
