LimRic came in and saved the day, went well above and beyond to take care of me. That’s what separates them. I’m probably a lifetime customer after this last experience. He kept me informed every step of the way and before he began any work he was transparent about pricing so I knew what to expect. Exactly what you would want in someone working in your home and he was very engaging. He was friendly to my parents and they were talking about what a nice guy he was the rest of the day. 5 out of 5 a real professional who communicated the problem clearly so I could understand and fixed it exactly as I asked. Next time I have an issue with anything I will be asking for Josh directly.
- KKKatieNov 13, 20253.0589 dollars seems steep for my visit. 89.00 service fee I understand and they arrived very quickly, which I do appreciate. I am having trouble justifying the other 500.00. I had my thermostat replaced. The technician installed a 50.00 thermostat from Lowe’s (so it was nothing fancy) and it took him approximately 20 minutes. Overall he was there for 1-1.5 max, half of the time was spent trying to upsell me on joining their membership program. Seems extremely overpriced in my opinion.

Did not push us either way, but allowed us to make the educated decision and because that we signed up for the monthly maintenance fee fees, which we needed to do anyways so that we can keep our equipment up and running longer. Hopefully, we can get her again if we should need anything else
