  I had an excellent experience with my tankless water heater installation. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. When I later ran into a small issue, they followed up quickly and resolved it at no cost, which really speaks to their integrity and customer service. Phenomenal company, and my technician, Conrad, was just as phenomenal: knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. Highly recommend.

  We have been customers of Limric for at least 15 years now and we think one of the company’s best qualities is their employees, especially Mike R. and Quasean M. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are always kind and friendly and they take the time to listen to your needs and explain your options. It seems like the company just hires all-around good people, and we find that to be a testament to upper management and the business itself. In this age of lackadaisical workers who change jobs all too frequently, the work ethic and retention of Limric’s employees is nostalgically refreshing.

  I called LimRic to fix a leaking section of pipe from my water heater down into the crawlspace; about a 2 foot piece of PEX was needed. I already knew it was leaking where the poly butylene went through the wooden sill of the house into the crawlspace. I was quoted both the $89 trip fee which I paid and on top of that $756! I had to decline the service and pay $89 and waste valuable money since I'm on a fixed income.That's highway robbery. The job wouldn't have taken the plumber more than 20-25 minutes and the PEX material is only a few dollars. I ended up spending $8.98 for a shark bite and extended the PEX into the crawlspace myself for the help of a neighbor. It took all of 20 minutes. I would never hire this company again. I am 74 year-old woman and did not appreciate this company quoting such a outrageously high price taking advantage of people in my area.This is the most outrageous quote I have ever received from a plumber. Plumbers should quote based on their hourly fee like they used to to be fair about a repair because the parts are under $10. I'm extremely disappointed because the reviews show 4.9 and that is not the case due to the prices they want for their work, for even something as simple as attaching a 2 foot piece of PEX to replace a leaking section of pipe that most younger Homeowners can do themselves.

  Troy Gunnels quoted on the project to remove all duct work in my home and replace it with a higher quality product. All the work was completed in one day as described by Troy. Paul, Team leader on the project along with Dylan, Logan and Dominic were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. LIMRIC should be proud of the way the company was represented.   Ross was very personable and professional. He came up with creative solutions to several of the plumbing issues I had and determined that one really wasn’t a problem. He provided a reasonable and fair estimate for the work that needs to be done and came back the next day to complete the repairs. Ross completed all the repairs efficiently and professionally. I could not be happier with his work. Going forward whenever I need plumbing work, I will call LimRic and ask for Ross.
