The only issue we had was the price they charged just to swap out the toilet. Especially since I had removed part of toilet and unboxed and prepared workspace for technician. Would Shop around and consider another company on next project. Used other sources in the past and that’s the reason we considered them for the plumbing.

I must report, not only was scheduling my appointment a piece of cake, I also scored an appointment within 24 hours of making the appointment. These few days are super frigid right now but living in the Lowcountry my whole life, everyone knows the sun loves to keep us hot even in the winter. That being said, my HVAC is as important to me as eating and breathing! LIMRIC sent me an electrical HVAC angel today. His name is Caleb G. What a sweet and mannerly southern fella. Caleb was so thorough diagnosing my situation. He took his time and ruled out all possible culprits. Thankfully his patience didn’t leave him bc he was working hard. I appreciate all that he did and now I am a member of the comfort club all thanks to Caleb G! Let me also mention that as he spoke to someone named Brenna, she was as sweet as could be when Caleb asked about a discount I found for my service today (it was on the LIMRIC website). She told him how to proceed and no problem, I got the discount for my coupon and for becoming a comfort club member! That’s teamwork and I highly recommend Caleb G to help any homeowner in need of a technician for LIMRIC services. Great company, great scheduling, great technician Caleb G, great communication from Brenna and now I can go back to a working HVAC unit! Thanks LIMRIC
