We decided to call Fix-it since we had good dealings with them in the past and they sent Travis and Christian the next day. This was a god send because they almost immediately identified the problem, came up with a way to fix it, and get us running again until a permanent fix could be done as soon as they sourced the part. We were blown away with how professional they were and how Travis and Christian took the time to show us everything wrong with our unit and how it should be normally with the aid of their tech. The next week Travis showed up with the part and handled the final repair quite quickly for just being here on his own! I can't recommend them enough!
