  My home buying experience was quick & easy. I would do it again. I wish the company would spend more money on the paint in the house. They use flat, so it's almost impossible to clean or keep clean. Also, they didn't put blinds in the new house, which kinda sucked. But other than that. The workmanship is lovely and the do spend extra money on finishes

  The building process was great. They kept us in the loop about everything from day 1 till move in date. However, once we moved in it's like we dropped off the face of the earth! We had small issues that needed to be fixed at first and we got ignored. We are still waiting on our 120 day check back list of problems to be fixed....and we moved in a year and a half ago! Our hardwood floors are splintering, they charged us for extra outlets ans then didn't even put them in, they forgot light switches in certain areas, the sod they put down is nothing but dirt.....I could go on an on. They seem to care more about building as many homes as possible instead of putting their best work into the houses they have already built. Extremely displeased and I will never ever use Dan Ryan for anything again!
