Without a doubt the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Originally reached out in Oct ‘20 expressing concern over their poor gutter install (improperly sloped, leaking in multiple locations, etc). Was simply asking to have someone come look at it. Told by SHANE he would be out the following week to look at them. No call no show. I followed up with SHANE and was told the same thing. Again no call no show. This process repeated a handful of times and then he just stopped responding entirely. It took 7 full months of the run-around before I finally got him on the phone again, at which point I was basically told I was SOL. Truly terrible experience, can’t recommend going somewhere else enough. I don’t know how you can trust them with anything.

Asked for a quote for gutters. Was quoted on 8/17/15 and told on 8/21/15 that a work order was completed and that I was on the schedule for "two weeks out." On 9/3/15 I again contacted my sales associate who told me he would get back to me when he returned to the office. That was the last contact I had with the company. I received one small gutter on 9/17/15. The job wasn't finished until 10/16/15. They claimed historic flooding caused mass amounts of delays even though the job was started on 9/17/15. When I called to discuss my bill Harold, the sales person stated I got everything I was quoted and that he couldn't control time frames. Horrible customer service from Harold and would highly recommend never using him. Maybe the company is better, but know one wanted to deal with the issue. Disappointed.
