  “Elegant Hardwood Floors did an excellent job at a downtown Charleston renovation. We hired them to refinish the existing floors under carpet and add new wood in the bedrooms. The wood matched perfectly, and everything blends perfectly. The old worn out floors now look like new. We were pleased that the crew was on time to the jobsite every day and cleaned up regularly. We will be referring you to all our friends and contractors!”

  I hired Elegant hardwood floors to refinish my existing hardwood and install new hardwoods upstairs as well as refinish my stairs. Big mistake! We have had to spend thousands to fix the damage caused to our home and clean up behind this company was a nightmare. Very unprofessional owner. I wish I could add photos to this review. We ended up hiring another Company to redo several sections of our floors just so that we could live with them. Beware!
