  I recently had the roof on my home replaced by Monarch Roofing, and I want to recognize the professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment they demonstrated throughout the entire process. Monarch recognized that this was not just a worksite, but our home, and demonstrated care to protect our property while performing their work, a trait all too rare in the roofing industry. From the beginning, Robert Bloom, the salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the project was set up properly from day one. After the initial installation, a significant issue with shingle color matching became apparent. While that was understandably frustrating, what really stood out was how Monarch handled it. Joe Riddle, General Manager, became involved and helped ensure the issue was taken seriously and addressed appropriately. He acted quickly and brought in the manufacturer, Atlas Roofing Corporation, who also responded swiftly to assess and correct the situation. Most importantly, Monarch stood behind their work and made it right—they removed and re-installed the entire roof to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. A special thank you to Jordan Hill, the onsite foreman, who did an outstanding job throughout. He was responsive, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in his work. Jordan communicated consistently, stayed engaged through the challenges, and ensured the project was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. He was a strong advocate for us. He also exercised an excellent skill set with aerial drone footage, which provided clear visuals of the roof and added an extra level of transparency and confidence during the process. At the end of the day, it’s not just about when things go perfectly—it’s about how a company and its onsite foreman respond when something needs to be fixed or even completely redone. Jordan Hill and the Monarch Roofing team demonstrated accountability and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. They did the right thing, right. Because of that, I am pleased to recommend Monarch Roofing to others looking for a company that stands behind their work and follows through.

  I came to Myrtle Beach from NJ & was looking into buying a home that’s roof may need some TLC. I saw a Monarch truck in the neighborhood and asked a few questions to the worker who was driving it. Steve Kelly was the most polite and professional individual that I met and was very informative on the process of having someone come out and inspect the roof. Needless to say if I do purchase this home Steve and Monarch will be the people I reach out to, to complete the work needed.

  Johnny did the initial inspection of our roof and recommend several scenarios to repair the leak around our chimney. He was very easy to work with and didn’t rush us through the whole process. Stephen came with the crew on time and kept us informed by posting pictures of the roof repair process. It was very cool to see the whole thing in real time. Thank you guys for your professionalism and dedication!

  I had a great experience today! My mother is getting ready to list her house and we had a pre-inspection done to see what, if anything, should be repaired prior to the listing going live. We were missing a kickout flashing and, since she recently had her roof replaced, we called Monarch to come out and inspect the issue. Austyn Bostwick got to the house early, confirmed what the inspector reported as well as verified the other kickout flashings were okay. I was expecting to have to make another appointment for the actual repair, but Austyn fixed it immediately! He also confirmed it was still under warranty and even provided us the warranty info and the process required to transfer it to the new owner. This information was so helpful, especially to our realtors. Austyn was quick, efficient, and answered all of our questions. He even followed up with a email confirming the repair and before/after pictures so that our realtors have that to provide to potential buyers. Thank you!!

  Refreshing call-back to the way things used to be. I called, they looked up my roof via address and found that they (Monarch) had originally done the work, and guided me on how to transfer the warranty. I did it and am glad but it wasn’t necessary. Even though unsure whether the warranty would cover, they fixed the problem THE DAY THEY FOUND IT. Ask for Austyn Bostwick — super-knowledgeable, on-time, friendly, and problem-solving. Top Drawer, First Rate, A 1.
