  Braden Taylor was the electrician who came to do our repair for Michael & Sons. He was on-time, very knowledgeable, and courteous. He explained things in a way that easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the repair. It wasn’t an easy one, but he went above and beyond to make sure things were working as expected before he left. I would highly recommend Braden and Michael & Sons!! Keep up the good work!

  Can’t give no stars! I called on a Wednesday and they said they would send someone out that day. They called me back before the time frame I was given, and said they needed to cancel and reschedule for the next morning between 8-10:30, I called on Thursday at 10:20 to make sure the tech was coming and they assured me he was. I gave it 2 hours from the time frame they gave me and called another company and the work done that day. Today, Friday, the tech showed up at 11:30! Only 25 hours late!! I had no call back on Thursday saying the tech was not coming. Just go with another company and save yourself the headache of wondering if they are going to show up or not!

  Jason was professional and got the job done. I can't say the same for the contact personal after an entire day wasted waiting for the service person to arrive I called a third time to see what the delay was told no one would be coming. No return phone calls,updates or other correspondence from any one from the company. It was Easter weekend and I couldn't get another plumber I decided I'd give them a second chance. I would not recommend them if you absolutely need a job done quickly but the service tech was superior.
