I had several window companies come in with estimates which ranged from 7,000 to 18,000. I called Window World to get an estimate to replace the top part of the glass in the windows. Hunter came to measure and give us an estimate. To replace the glass in all 4 windows was 1,500 with a 10 year warranty. The installers came at 830 a.m and were gone by 9:00 a.m. The window fit perfectly, and the installers cleaned the windows, vacuumed left the place spotless. I would definitely recommend Window World.

They subcontract out the installation . The subcontractor showed up with half the team. He needed my husband to work with him to do the install the entire time. We didn't have the option to reschedule as it was hurricane season and we needed a door. We contacted window world and the manager never called us back. It took us two days to get in contact with him. We asked for a reduction in the insulation fee because my husband worked alongside the contractor the entire job. The manager refused any partial refund. I believe we would have been better off at home Depot. They they have subcontractors too but at least provide customer support for issues like ours. Beware of this small town business because they don't give you the personal service you would expect from a local company.
