I was talked into this loan,the salesman didnt try hard enough for me.Now I am finding out 2.5 ton unit installed shouldn't cost $9300.They were recommended by a close friend of theirs. I will be glad to be informed if I am in the wrong here. I dont know HVAC business. Technicians were great. AND THEN I GET THIS STUPID REPLY FROM THE SO CALLED "OWNER" "Thank you for your review. We take your feedback seriously and will work on improving." this business is a JOKE,bad one at that.

He is a great sales person, having said that I felt he was working for me to achieve an end that met our needs functionally as well as price. Dylan and his partner arrived Thursday morning, they explained what they would be doing and got to it. The day went well, we are very pleased with the result. We into day two and the system is working as expected. Overall I would recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone.
