  We used this company for our plumbing needs last year and they exceeded our expectations! This time we needed to repair our A/C unit and once again the price, the service, the quality of work and communication was excellent. We are now regular customers!

  Office and technician customer service has gone down hill. I had a maintenance call on Feb 6 after the recent ice/snow storm and was told that a breaker flipped and system was fixed. I then had to call again on 2/23 for service because my home would not get above 66. I was told by the tech that it is the Lid Cover. Tech told me lid cover is to small and to heavy and is bogging down my system. This is the same lid cover that ONE HOUR sold to me a few years ago because they insisted I need it to prevent build up. I explained this to the tech and he replied with "most of our techs don't know much". I asked our tech if the issue could be a breaker flip like last time and he replied with "I have no notes from last service so I don't know". Our tech removed the lid cover and charged us $100 for diagnostics and still our home will not get above 66. I was told to put some plastic on our windows and wait it out. Also to add: I received a bill in the mail for $130 for 10 months worth of back payments because ONE HOUR had a system malfunction and was not auto drafting me. I had to call 3x before I could speak to someone about paying the outstanding.

  So I had my one year maintenance inspection from 1 hour cooling and heating yesterday system working fine before they arrived after inspection and maintenance they put equipment back together later on that night I goes to turn my system on and I'm getting waiting for equipment . And it still say waiting for them to come and fix it.

  My Technician James H was awesome. Very knowledgeable made me feel so comfortable as he explained everything and what he was going to do and check step-by-step gave me a work order sheet of things that need to be done for seeing problems that I need to kind of take care of set me up with a home service person the next day and I guess I looked like to have him back again as a follow up
