Many outlets do not work, sloppy painting, too many deficiencies to list, and the HVAC system was not properly installed which resulted in a fire on the main connections panel that melted wires and very easily could have caused a major fire due to using wiring too small for the unit. In addition, after residing here a year, the HVAC system needs to be replaced along with the ductwork due to improper soldering that caused the system to leak condensation all through the ductwork.GSH does not stand behind their work. The sales office will tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through. We were very disillusioned with the initial tour of the home and thinking it looked “perfect” until we moved in and really noticed the shoddy craftsmanship.We could not and would not recommend this builder to others in good conscience!
