Jen, my fabulous sales person put my mind at ease and gave me separate estimates for the damaged and non damaged areas. I had to do it all at once So this turned into a whole house redo, due to amount of continuous flooring in the damaged area. Jen just made the whole ordeal better with her helpfulness. I felt informed and free to make a decision in my own time. Once I did, Ted came out to measure two days later. I went and picked out color/style and just 2 weeks later and in time for Christmas, I did a whole house pack out and my floors were done in just two days. Less than estimated. The Crew were respectful and friendly and cleaned up each time before leaving. I recommend Forever Floors and would use them again if the need ever arises. Don’t forget to ask for Jen!
