I thought the appointment may have gotten canceled but he still came even though it was a rainy day. He charged up the system & told me that they would be back to find the leak on another day soon. I also asked him about another small issue that I had and he offered a solution to that as well. I was happy with the services that I received & I would recommend Mr. Ben.

When he was assessing the problems we were having he made sure I understood gave me opportunity to ask questions and he answered everything thoroughly. I'm very happy with his service and if needed would be happy with him as my tech as he made me feel comfortable he knew what he was doing.

I did; they quoted me a price of $200 and said they would order it. Two weeks later and still no filter. I called, they said they would check and have the manufacturer get back to me. At that point, I exploded. I told them to cancel the order! I ordered it from Amazon at 5PM, it came at 9PM that same day. I installed it myself. $59.00! An air conditioning company with no filters? INEXCUSABLE!!! I’m sorry that I bought a service contract. I should get my money back.

Randy checked ours and he said there was a difference in temps so he called the office and set up an appointment to have someone come and balance our system.
