I was up against the lock as their next meeting was soon approaching. Robert was one of only two local companies to answer his phone on a Friday afternoon and he gave me the cheapest quote along with the soonest availability. He also assured me that I would receive a plot plan in time to submit it to my HOA. The rest of the company's that did not answer my phone call also did not bother to call me back. Robert was able to provide customer service when most of his competitors seemed to have the weekend on their minds.
