  Great customer service! Had a minor problem with one of the impact drills. No questions asked they traded it out for me. In and out in less than 1 minute. That's the way customer service should be!

  Only 2 good workers there and the rest are talking bout what they are doing and gonna do and there not doing anything at work and I never heard so much profanity out of some people mouths in a work place I won't shop at store online only thanks. I believe Mark and a red head female only good workers I gone at different times. So better
