During the inspection, he told me of the filthy condition the blower can was in and offered me options. Since he was confirming a n assessment from a previous day's repair, I knew he wasn't just trying to sell me and unneeded service. I assentedd to the quell and he completed the job. Karl was very courteous but personable and highly professional. I'd recommend him highly.
