As soon as we were notified, we immediately contacted Belfor Property Restoration as we have heard many good reports of their quality workmanship and we were not disappointed. We contacted Tim Alber, Belfor Estimator. His professional manner and obvious knowledge made us comfortable as he assessed the damage. Chuck Bruenig, the construction manager was also excellent to work with. He kept us informed throughout the renovations by phone, email, and pictures as the project progressed. Mary Beth Carter, the office manager was most helpful as we ordered bathroom cabinets and bedroom carpeting. She also communicated by phone and email during the project. Harrison, Tim and Matt were all incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable and took care of the water issue in my condo without me basically having to lift a finger. They came out on a Saturday (it was an emergency situation from a unit above me) and went right to work. I definitely know who to call if this happens again. I would also recommend them to any homeowner in the area. Only Positives from this experience.

Our construction manager, Chuck B, was amazing and communicated with us promptly and effectively. He even provided some recommendations on configuring spaces as the kitchen was a redesign in addition to the renovation. Tim A provided us with a detailed list of the damages outlined room by room which was helpful as we made our decisions on what needed repaired or upgraded. Chuck's crew completed the work well and on a satisfactory timeline. We had a wonderful experience working with Belfor and will use them again in the future if needed.
