  I wish I could do a negative number here but since I can’t, I’ll just warn anyone that needs a glass company should keep looking, this company is really good at making promises but really bad at keeping them—- I’ve called their office at least 5 times this spring and summer about a problem with a job they did for me last year and they always say they are working on it but nothing happens— I’ve ask for the owner to call me but that didn’t work either. Stay away is my advice

  If I could rate a zero I would. I had rented an apartment in Myrtle Beach. When I and my family came back after spending the day at the beach, I noticed the apartment was unlocked and tools on the balcony and shards of glass on the floor of the second bedroom and scattered through the luggage and clothing on the bed near the sliding door. The second sliding door was left open and there was not a door to close. I was told that an installer from a to z was replacing the glass on the sliding door and accidentally dropped it which caused it to shattered. When I got in touch with the manager to ask what happened and who let them in the apartment, she instantly became belligerent and began screaming at me. No explanation was given and there was no way to effectively communicate with her and understand the situation. There was no apology regarding the intrusion of privacy and our belongings and no respect for our privacy or the fact we were on vacation and we were very inconvenienced. The workers stated they would return the next day with the replacement glass but had to be reminded that we were on vacation and this should have waited until the apartment was free. The next day we had to postpone our plans for the day until the workers were finished and instead of being apologetic, it seemed they were upset that we were there watching until they were finished. This is a very unprofessional and very incompetent company. Would not recommend.

  They did an excellent job replacing 5 windows & 5 transom in our home.

  I used this company to replace my glass on my French doors five years ago. This installation had a 10 year warranty. I called to have one of my French doors repaired due to fog in glass. I cannot locate my receipt and they claim to have no records due to new management. I can not get my glass repaired without paying full price. I will use another company and will not recommend this company to anyone else.
