  We recently had our condominium flooring completely replaced by Flooring Plus, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. Working with Donnie was a pleasure. He provided excellent recommendations tailored to our needs and conducted a thorough on-site survey to clearly define the scope of work before any work began. Everything — including moving and protecting our furniture while we continued to live in the home — was discussed and agreed upon upfront. The installation crew, Tina and Cervondo, exceeded our expectations. They handled every step with professionalism and care: carefully moving furniture, removing the old laminate and ceramic flooring, installing the new floor perfectly, and then repositioning everything exactly as it was. The job was clean, efficient, and completed without any issues or surprises. We truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I strongly recommend Flooring Plus for any flooring needs.   I ordered flooring for the downstairs of my home when I purchased my home several years ago. It was exactly what I wanted and everything was handled professionally and went smoothly. This family owned business does so much for the community on a regular basis and it is a blessing in so many ways, as I have personally witnessed first hand. They strive for excellence in all areas, and I know that if something isn’t right, they will step up and do everything within their power to make it right because I know the owners personally. They are amazing people and I trust them with my home and anything I would need for it. I would go to them first because they support the community around them, which is so badly needed in this time. May God continue to bless them beyond measure so they can continue to be a blessing to others. Dear Lord guide and direct their paths so they can continue to do your work, even when no one is watching or knows. This is where your light reaches the darkest of nights. All the Glory to you Lord.   We recently completed our whole-home reno and didn't think twice about contacting Flooring Plus! Amanda, our sales associate, and the installation team of Wilmer, Jaydon and their entire crew are phenomenal! Amanda kept in constant communication about the pre-arrival of the wood products to acclimate, and sent progress shots along the way. Wilmer and the team of installers are professional, courteous, and want perfection- all while being in and out of your home before you know it! Don't hesitate to reach out to them!
