- RARobert AxelrodDec 19, 20255.0I moved to the Murrells Inlet area 5 years ago and was using a HVAC / Heat Pump company the previous homeowner suggested. In the first 4 years with a relatively new system (2 yrs old when I purchased the house) installed by the previous owner I had multiple issues. It seems like they kept coming back over and over for the same problems. I contacted Trane Corporation, and they sent out Air Doctor (local TRANE Dealer) to look at my system. It seems that the contractor that originally installed this system did not do a good job. Air Doctor came in and lifted the inside unit placed a level pan under it and leveled the unit in the ceiling. It seems the previous installed placed the pan on a tilt with the float shutoff on the high end of the pan causing it overflow and ruin my ceiling. Air Doctor - Absolutely a 5***** star company. I am very impressed by their technicians, customer service and their inhouse employees. In the past year their follow up, customer service contact and their very knowledgeable employees impressed me way beyond my expectations. I will be replacing my unit in the next several months and have decided Air Doctor will be the company I plan on using. Robert Axelrod

Within two days we were given a quote, after the property management approved it Air Doctor Services completed the installation in one day.
