  This is my first time using Air Doctor Services, Inc. and I am now their customer. They are responsive, courteous, on time and professional. I am now using them for another project and for my annual checkups! I couldn't be happier with the staff! Laurie has been a pleasure to deal with, and Timmy has been one of the nicest gentlemen to work with as well!! I am so happy I was referred to this company!!!

  Honest and professional! After receiving quotes from another HVAC company to either repair ($6500+) or replace ($14,500+) our complete system, we contacted Air Doctor. Their Service Manager, Gatlin, met with us, listened to our recent history with the other company and arranged for a full inspection of our system. Bottom line, our system is now back up and running after the technician fixed a wire that was not connected. Their inspection showed the expected condition of a nine year old system, but not some of the major issues reported by the other company. Gatlin knew we were prepared to replace our entire system, but as an honest representative of Air Doctor, he said it wasn't needed at this time. We are happy to be new Air Doctor customers and recommend others reach out to them as well. Thank you.

  I recently received HVAC service from a technician who provided outstanding support from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and thoroughly explained the issues with my system. In a way that was easy to understand. The technician demonstrate excellent tech knowledge quickly diagnose in the problem and completing the repair efficiently.They also took the time to check the entire system to ensure everything was running properly before leaving. Their customer service was exceptional. They were courteous, respectful of my home and made sure all my questions were answered.The HVAC system now works better even though it needs another return, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this technician for anyone in need of reliable professional and knowledgeable HVAC service. Kadoos to Andrew R.
