  Flooring Factory in Mount Pleasant was fabulous to work with. All employees were extremely knowledgeable regarding all types of floors, quick to get an estimate with a timely and professional installation. They went above and beyond with efficiency to please with no pressure to purchase. Loving my new Palladio "Beach" flooring throughout my house! Thanks again guys for all your patience and help!

  Bryan and team from the Flooring Factory did a wonderful job. They were prompt and responsive on the estimate, the selection of colors and design and installation. Our new walkway is a work of craftsmanship. Wish I could include a photo.

  As first-time homebuyers new to the area and currently living out of state while we renovate our 1960s home, we could not have asked for a better experience than working with Flooring Factory. They were incredibly accommodating and made the entire process easy, even though much of our communication had to happen remotely or through a family member. It was never a problem for them, and they made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. From the initial consultation to handling change orders, everything was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. We hired them to refinish and install our original hardwood floors, and the results are absolutely stunning. The quality and attention to detail make it worth every penny. Bryan was knowledgeable and patient during the consultation, helping us understand our options and feel at ease. Monica was fantastic at coordinating everything, handling the schedule, answering our questions, and making sure we were kept in the loop. Vandar was wonderful, making sure the installation was flawless and that we were happy with every detail. The photos attached show the floors before the quarter-round and trim were installed by their team. We’re so grateful to have found such a trustworthy, hardworking company. If you are looking for a team that delivers beautiful craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, Flooring Factory is the one to call. We’ll absolutely use them again for future projects.   After getting frustrated with a well-known Big Box store trying to get carpeting, I turned to Flooring Factory and the experience was so much better. Knowledgeable and attentive, they communicated well, kept me in the loop on project progress, and were always on time. And the quality of their work was great. I was impressed enough that I engaged them do do our big kitchen remodel. Again, they have been terrific in product selection and scheduling. I can't wait to see the finished product!

  We worked with flooring factory for install. It was seamless and they did an awesome job. Communication was above expectation and they got us on the schedule quickly! Highly recommend
