- AKAmy KingOct 10, 20251.0We did not use Charleston's design center. So I cannot comment on their service. I just wanted to recommend NOT purchasing ULTRACRAFT CABINETS. We loved the way that they looked and purchased all of our cabinets from ULTRACRAFT. AFTER a short amount of time,the cabinet finish began bubbling along the finish of the cabinet. I contacted the company and discussed their lifetime warranty.I was very disappointed that they did not honor the warranty on these poorly made cabinets. They stated that the damage occurred due to exposure to moisture. These cabinets do not hold up to a kitchen or bathroom environment! I just want to advise others not to make the same mistake that we did. DO NOT PURCHASE ULTRACRAFT CABINETS

She measured, talked about logistics and walked me through the whole process with ease. For the installation she assured me they only work the best flooring guys. She was dead on. Terry and his crew could not have been nicer, hard working and literally made everything perfect. I don’t say that lightly either. Good work is hard to come by these days and these guys were on it. They helped me move furniture, clean up, and everything in between. I didn’t really lift a finger. We even shared a few laughs. Highly recommend!!
