  The customer service rep who called to schedule was polite and positive, but the star of the show was our plumber, William. He executed very logical troubleshoot, drove an hour away to get parts, came back and the obvious solve didn’t work, but the problem then didn’t make sense. He reviewed our other possible options including replacing the faucet in question, but kept plugging away at it on professional instinct. He got in his car to leave, came back to the front with a Eureka moment. He found the culprit of our problem, a restrictor piece the size of a pea that had broken (a low probability problem) and got us back up and running. Excellent job, good dude, highly recommend.

  John explained all the work he was about to do. He worked quickly and was very thorough. He was polite and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about home electrical systems. Recommend him as an excellent technician.

  First wanna say there employees are GREAT! The issue is there companies pricing... I was quoted $1150 to fix a leaking hose bib and a toilet tank valve. Both under $20 parts so there hourly or quoted time to fix must be atrocious. Never again will I call these theives! That price is highway robbery folks! Called someone else minutes later and quoted $300 total for both repairs!

  The young man that came out to service my a/c units was great! He was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions in language I could understand. He saw several issues and he explained what was wrong told me what was urgent and what could wait. He also suggested different ways the repair could be resolved. He was very professional and also very personable. He is a super representative of his company.

  Ola Tackett was our technician. Ola arrived on time and prepared us with an overview of all the services ahead for us today. He was careful around our house and used his own tools and equipment. Very efficient in his work. Took pictures and shared them by email to keep a record. Provided suggestions for improvement and price to install / covert. No pressure, just honest and insightful recommendations for safety or efficiency. All around positive experience.
