  Palmetto Carpet and Floor Coverings has an extremely wide selection of carpets and price points (labeled clearly) which made it easy to find what I wanted. The customer service provided by Stacey and the installation lead by Ruben were EXCELLENT!! They both are exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond in accommodating my carpet needs, from choosing a carpet to installation and all the communication between. Ruben even came back after installation to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the carpet. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would absolutely use them again!

  Did everything by phone. Amazing customer service with very quick response time. Gave Heather our carpet brand and color. Ordered it and installed on promised date. Very pleased. Highly recommend their services !!!
