Made us feel completely comfortable and helped us every step of the way! We had Andy to start with as our builder manager and he was great! We then had Sam who made sure our house was finished perfectly! The whole process was smooth from start to finish! We have only had a few small blemishes in our home (which lets be honest even with a million dollar home you would have some things). I have nothing but good to say and love the neighborhood! Everyone is so nice!
