  Carolina Custom Air technician (Destin) arrived on time, presented a professional image and performed the required maintenance perfectly. He was very knowledgeable in his field and provided me options for other services but without overpressure tactics. His professionalism was reflected by the quality of work and attention to detail. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the necessary repairs, cleaned the air handler and ensured proper operation of the system. I would highly recommend Carolina Custom Air!

  If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Carolina custom air not only got out to my property to fix an issue on the first thing. Saturday morning, when I called at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon. But they also identified multiple different points that needed addressing, and they provided that additional value that is so valued by customers. Jamal and his expertise not only noticed that there was an issue with my current thermostat, but also vacuum down and recharge my system due to a faulty installation by another company.That then tried to quote me for a brand new air handler. Jamaal was knowledgeable and identified the true source of the issue.It was a faulty weld that caused me to lose ten pounds of refrigerant and happily resoldered the joint repaired, the system inspected everything and made sure everything was operating as designed before leaving.I have to say i'm not easily impressed by service as I have been in the service industry for quite some time.But that was the best service.I think i've ever experienced to date. Thank you Jamaal and Carolina custom air.
