  I moved in with the first phase back at the end of April. I'm a first time homeowner and was pretty nervous about the process and had heard plenty of horror stories about new builds...my experience with Stanley Martin has been phenomenal. Sale's Rep Stephanie Poole: I happened to drop into Amaris to check it out while down for a final interview for a job and immediately Stephanie was so helpful. She gave me a tour of what is now my home and sent me photos of anything I had questions about while going through the process. I did not have a realtor and was back and forth between NC and SC while starting a new job and she really helped guide me along the entire journey. Construction Manager Lucas Bonnet: I've worked in commercial construction since I finished school and have seen all types of project/site managers and can confidently say that Lucas is a guy that really cares about his work and each craft within it. When I had my blue tape walkthrough, it was basically already done because Lucas had gone through with a fine toothed comb and both fixed everything that came up on my final independent inspection and had marked every little scuff and mark that could be found. Even after moving in, any question I've had about my home is literally answered within 20mins of me emailing him. Area Service Manager Duran: I've only interacted with Duran a couple times over email but he handles the Stanley Martin homeowner portal warranty claims. We had an issue with the fan remotes that he and Lucas handled as quickly as possible and Duran was great about communication with scheduling the fan remote replacements. Currently I am having an issue with my garage door sensors and after submitting a claim over the weekend, before lunchtime Monday Duran had responded and put me in contact with a tech to where the issue should be all resolved in less than two business days from claim to servicing. Basically every representative of Stanley Martin I have interacted with has been great which is why I took the time to write this longwinded review and mention each by name. Also, the location of the community itself is extremely convenient. I like going for walks so I regularly walk 15mins to ALDI for a couple groceries or over to the Dapper Dog for a drink, trivia, or karaoke. When it's not too hot, the 20-25min walk to the Mauldin sports center and cultural center is also great (there is sidewalk all the way there). Also also, its not something Stanley Martin really controls but all of the neighbors my girlfriend and I have met so far have been very friendly.
