  I had a really great experience working with John Collins at Aspen Ridge. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. It’s clear he cares about helping people find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The Aspen Ridge community itself is beautiful - well-designed homes, a peaceful atmosphere, and a location that feels both convenient and tucked away. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and overall feel of the neighborhood. If you’re considering new construction, I would definitely recommend connecting with John. He made the whole process feel easy and comfortable from start to finish.

  Went on a tour today with my three kids and had a wonderful experience with Avery the agent on duty. The end unit floor plan is absolutely beautiful, and Avery is very knowledgeable about DRB products.
