Floortech is a flooring dealer/installer, and carries all of the top brands including Mohawk, Shaw, Daltile and Carpet Industries. We are currently the exclusive dealer for Karndean flooring products in the Myrtle Beach area.
Floortech provides a wide array of flooring types including porcelain tile, ceramic tile, tile plank, vinyl, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, and hardwood. Floortech also specializes in flooring for commercial businesses and medical facilities. We perform hygiene installs using Medi-Tech, Flashcove, and heat welding options. We even make custom rugs!

- JLJoanne LeFaivreJan 22, 20263.0Our bathroom renovation took nine months from beginning to end . Don’t get me wrong, I love the title we selected. However, the contractors they hired, for the various work that was done took much longer than they anticipated. We started in January of 25. We selected our tile, and had our plans made, and we handed over the 50% down payment. They told us 2-3 weeks for delivery of the tile. And another 3 to 4 weeks to complete the job. We gave them a check on January 7. At the end of February, we were still waiting for the tile to be received. we reminded them that we were snowbirds and would be leaving the area from May until September, they assured us everything would be done before then. The job started on March 20. I can’t say it was worth the wait, however our bathroom is beautiful and we’re happy with the outcome. In their favor, they were accommodating and worked with us to get the job done. My suggestion would be to hire your own contractors, or at least ask for some references or photos of work they have done. Some of the ones they appointed were not that capable and some of the work had to be redone.
