  Technician Neil did a fantastic job! Clearly explained options for repair and was professional as well as thorough. It was a complicated repair and it took him a while to complete it, but I was pleased with the quality of the repair. Also appreciated the prompt service. Thanks, Neil and Smooth Waters Plumbing!

  Absolutely overpriced. I had a very simple bathroom faucet replacement. I had the bathroom faucet purchased and it was an exact replacement of the previous faucet that is currently installed. The charge for the replacement was 1167 dollars. This is a job that would take maybe 30 minutes, probably much less for an experienced plumber. I also requested a price on 4 under the sink water shut off valves the quote for this was 800 dollars. The water shut off valves cost 10 dollars at a hardware store and take a couple minutes to install. This is beyond an aggravating high price, this is insulting. To make matters worse they charged a 50 dollar trip fee. I contacted another company and they charged me 250 dollars and did a great job.

  I had all my water pipes and hot water heater replaced, Tyler and Quincey arrived on time, worked with me for the water shut off time, and finished everything in one day. They were very considerate of my property, professional at all times, and efficient on the job. I am very pleased with their work and will recommend this company to everyone!

  Can’t tell you how good the work is because I about fell over and passed out when I was told it would be $1500 to install a dishwasher on the “elite” tier. The cheapest they would install a dishwasher was for $800. That’s more than the dishwasher itself. Paid the $75 trip fee just to be told prices that should be criminal for a simple plumbing job. I guess I should have asked for prices before the trip but who would expect labor to cost more than the dishwasher itself?

  Guys were very professional and on time. I am no plumber,,but I am in the customer service business. Next day I began to "check around" to see why this repair costed so much. After reaching out to other local plumbing companies,,seems I could have saved myself a minimum of $200 by calling someone else. I did give the chance by emailing twice to have someone call me back to discuss this repair and why the repair was over priced,,but had no response from anyone. Glad my plumbing issue was fixed,,but I will shop around before giving them anymore of my business.
