Young man was very polite and knowledgeable. Took the time to patiently explain what issues I was facing and exactly what I needed to do. Caden is a real asset to Meetze Plumbing. I will definitely call Caden and Meetze for any future plumbing needs.

Mike Beasley (Meetze plumbing) is a very gracious, very knowledgeable Master Plumber. He happened to be in the neighborhood when I stopped and asked him if he could help me find my sewer cleanout in my yard. I had been trying to find it on and off for about a year and suspected the cleanout (that's supposed to stick up and out of the ground as required by code) did not exist! He said yes, and there would be no cost if he could locate it the "easy way" but if had to go the "hard way" (scope out the pipe using the camera) there would be a charge. I was calculating what the price could be since the last time I had to use a camera scope out a sewer line was in 2004 and cost $500. His price was thankfully less and reasonable. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to go the easy way, and we finally decided that he needed to go ahead and use the camera, which did not surprise me. We were able to find where the pipe exists in the yard, but of course there is no cleanout valve in the yard as there is supposed to be. He further explained to me how this clean out pipe should have been built with a box around it to keep plant roots from growing inside the pipe (yes the roots can grow thru the threaded cap).He explained that at the cleanout there's also a backflow valve that is the main cause of most sewer problems in a house. In order to check this valve and the continuation of the sewer pipe to the street, it needed to be brought up to code (this house is 8 years old->contractor error) with the box and vertical pipe with removable nut above the ground. He will be sending me a quote to fix this the "right way"
I am in real estate, have owned approximately 42 rental properties over the years and have worked with a lot of contractors...good, bad and in between.
My main takeaway...
when you find a good contractor, you need to hold onto them!!!
Mike Beasley and Meetze Plumbing was a great find! I plan to only use them in the future and already have recommended them 2x since last night. Thank you Meetze Plumbing

I had an emergency leak outside but no way of diagnosing & correcting it. Jack was out the same day & corrected my problem pipe within hours (including digging). All was perfectly done. Leak stop on first attempt. Jack was also kind enough to notice that we had a tankless water heater. He explained that to increase their life & efficiency they should be flushed annually. I never had one before so I was very happy for the information. May not be the least expensive but you get what you pay for.
I’m very happy with Meetze!
Cheers, Jack

Absolutely horrendous experience!!!
I recently replaced our tankless propane water heater approximately 90 days ago. We woke up to no hot water last week and the water heater control showing a code 11 ingnition failure.
I called Meetze and they sent a tech out. Tech did arrive timely however the diagnosis took extensive amount of time and the tech had me running in and out my house flipping a breaker on and off three times and they ended telling me they were calling a “friend” for “help” during the visit which was concerning because I was charged over $200 just for them coming out. Right off the top looks like you have no idea what your doing.
During the visit several times I asked if he was sure the heater was receiving propane because our tankless is fairly old and I was concerned that either a line was pinched or the tank gauge was stuck showing more propane in the tank then actually in the tank.
He stated multiple times that the heater was receiving adequate flow of propane. Then ends up taking the cover off the heater and said “yep! looks brand new to me!”
He then finally diagnosed the issue as the regulator on the heater as the issue and then quoted me…..get ready…..$1200 to replace a regulator!!!
I of course refused due to the CRIMINAL price point. At this point we are talking over $1400 to replace a regulator’s on a system that costs less than $1000 to replace.
Absolutely disgusting.
So I then call the propane company…they come out and find the gauge is indeed stuck and there’s ZERO propane flowing through the system.
Good try Meetze plumbing. Lying to customers to make a buck. This behavior will come back around one day to bite!!

My repair man, Fred, was very respectful and polite and explained what needed to be fixed and the cost before work was performed. He fixed all problems with new parts in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend him as a great repair technician and will use Meetze plumbing again if needed.
