- RJRichard JoyeJul 29, 20245.0I was told by Rainbird to return my malfunctioning sprinkler controller to Ferguson, Lexingto, SC. Upon arrival, Stanley greeted me. I explained the instructions ai was given and he admitted that he never heard that before. Since good customer service is extremely rare these days, I immediately braced for the worse. Instead of turning me away, he jumped on it, and took the reigns. He provided good follow up to keep me abreast of what was going on and made the whole process painless for me. A short time later, I received a replacement controller from Rainbird. I have only been to Ferguson, Lexington, SC a couple of times in the near 20 years I've lived here, but I will become a repeat customer thanks to this experience.
